Lindsey is a certified personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach, Precision Nutrition specialist, and certified wellness coach — with over 10 years of experience helping individuals get strong, lean, and confident through smart, sustainable strength training. As co-owner of The Gym of Avon alongside her husband, Lindsey brings serious knowledge and even bigger energy to every session.
Lindsey has a high-intensity training style that pairs upper + lower body lifts with short rest to build muscle and torch fat—all in one workout. Think squats, rows, presses, and pull-ups, done back-to-back to keep your heart rate up and your metabolism on fire. It’s all about compound moves, minimal rest, and max results. She’s especially known for helping women transform their bodies without the fear of “getting bulky” (because that’s still a myth — and it needs to go!).
Lindsey has experience coaching a diverse range of clients across various life stages and fitness levels, but her passion lies in empowering women to own their strength. She keeps clients motivated through accountability, education, and individualized programming that evolves as you do — because success isn’t just about sweating hard, it’s about understanding the why behind it all.
Her drive as a personal trainer is to share the discipline, confidence, and strength she's gained through years of being active. Helping others achieve their potential gives her purpose beyond competition. Maintaining her physique as she ages isn’t just about appearance — it’s about health, longevity, and honoring the work she’s put in. Fitness is her lifestyle, and she leads by example at every stage.
When she’s not coaching, you’ll find Lindsey chilling with her dogs, riding around in her Jeep, or tackling her next DIY home project. Her go-to indulgence? A Hu chocolate bar — because balance is key. And when it comes to gym playlists—expect a steady flow of 90’s hip hop classics setting the tone.

Jaden is a certified personal trainer with a B.A. in Exercise Science and a dynamic background that blends sports performance, functional movement, and everyday strength. With three years of personal training experience and two years coaching softball and athletic development, Jaden now focuses on helping clients move better, feel stronger, and take on life with more ease.
Her training style? Purposeful and functional — built around unilateral strength, mobility, and movement patterns that translate to real life. Jaden works with a wide range of clients, always emphasizing smart progression and clear communication to tailor workouts that meet each person’s specific goals. She believes in getting comfortable being uncomfortable — helping people push through the hard stuff so life outside the gym feels easier and more empowered.
You’ll probably hear her before you see her — always dancing, singing, and dropping little words of motivation throughout your workout. Her energy is contagious, and her approach is grounded in positivity, education, and building real connections. A big fan of the Nordic curl (even if she doesn’t love doing them herself), Jaden is all about improving movement quality, and believes a strong foundation starts with the posterior change!
Jaden’s journey started young — homeschooled all her life and earning her bachelor's degree at 19. She fell in love with lifting during softball open gyms in high school and eventually moved into competitive Olympic weightlifting after college. That athlete mindset still drives her today, along with a deep understanding that fitness is never one-size-fits-all. Everyone’s body, goals, and journey are different — and she programs with that in mind.
Her proudest moment as a trainer? When a client told her they could finally get up and down off the floor with their kid — something simple, yet life-changing.
Outside the gym, you’ll find Jaden line dancing, catching Guardians baseball games, or making a killer chicken crust protein pizza. Her playlist? Expect to hear “Supreme Ruler” by Kublai Khan X if she’s getting in the zone.

Holding a degree in Exercise Physiology and multiple certifications—including Strength & Conditioning, Precision Nutrition, EXOS Performance Specialist, and Kilo Strength Society Fat Loss and Hypertrophy Programming—Brigham has the expertise to guide athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and beginners alike.
As co-owner of The Gym of Avon alongside his wife, Lindsey, Brigham has built a community-driven space focused on sustainable results, individual progress, and personalized training. Brigham’s training philosophy is methodical, intense, and deeply personalized—focused on building a structurally sound, strong, and high-performing body, with a scientific approach to every detail. His training philosophy adapts to each individual, whether you're focused on building a sculpted physique or improving your athletic performance.
Brigham’s experience as a collegiate football player laid the groundwork for his disciplined, high-performance approach to coaching. While playing, he developed a passion for strength and conditioning, recognizing how smart training could elevate athletic performance and recovery. That interest grew into a career built on structure, science, and accountability. Today, he brings that same intensity and focus to his clients—keeping them motivated, consistent, and dialed in on their goals.
Outside the gym, Brigham loves perfecting his backyard—whether it’s dialing in the landscaping or just enjoying some fresh air. He winds down with his pups, recovers from tough workouts in his hot tub, and never says no to a handful of Blue Diamond almonds (any flavor, seriously). Kendrick Lamar is always on his playlist, fueling his lifts and keeping the energy high.
